Warranty Period & Coverage Scope
- 3-Month Limited Warranty: All hardware repairs and component replacements are backed by a strict 3-month warranty starting from the official date of device collection.
- Component-Specific Limit: This warranty applies exclusively to the exact parts, micro-components, or layout structures that were repaired or replaced during the service. It does not cover other pre-existing or subsequently developing faults within the device architecture.
Warranty Exclusions & Void Conditions
- Environmental & Physical Damage: The warranty strictly does not cover any faults arising from physical drops, impacts, pressure cracks, cosmetic distortion, or liquid/water ingress occurring after collection.
- Professional Inspection: Upon receiving a warranty claim, our expert technicians will thoroughly inspect the hardware internal and external structures for signs of physical impact or moisture entry. If these are discovered, the warranty claim will be rejected.
- Third-Party Tampering: Your warranty will be rendered completely void if any attempt is made to open, modify, adjust, or repair the device by the customer, a third-party repair outfit, or any outside unauthorized technical sources after our initial service checkpoint.
Diagnostic & Labor Fee Framework
- Non-Refundable Nature: The initial diagnostic fee represents active labor completed by our technician team and is strictly non-refundable.
- The Deductible Discount Core: While non-refundable, this initial diagnostic charge is 100% deductible from your final approved repair balance.
Important
Devices left uncollected for more than 60 days following a service completion notification or diagnostic finalization will be considered abandoned. The store reserves the right to recycle or dispose of the hardware layout matrix to recover outstanding parts and labor costs.
