It depends on the device and the type of repair, but most common jobs are done the same day, often within 20 minutes to 2 hours. Minor issues can sometimes be sorted in under 30 minutes. We'll give you a realistic time when you drop your device in. Ready to go? Book a Repair.
Both work. You can Book a Repair for guaranteed one-on-one service, but walk-ins are always welcome too.
Repairs come with a 3-month warranty from the date your device is fixed. Please note water and liquid damage repairs are not covered under warranty. See our Repairs T&C for full details.
Prices vary by device and issue, so we discuss pricing with you directly, either in-store or through our contact options, so you get an accurate quote for exactly what you need.

We take care with your data and can also help back it up before a repair where possible. If you have anything important, we still recommend backing up beforehand as a precaution.

At the moment our accessories are available in-store only. Once we list products online, they'll be available to purchase and ship to you, so keep an eye out.
