Visited this territory phone shop. The staff Billy was amazing. Found the perfect phone case and the camera protector for me. Very satisfied with the service.
Great service! Jerry quickly replaced the pads on my headphones and did a fantastic job. The whole process was fast and professional, and my headphones feel like new again. I'm very happy with the service and really appreciate the help. Thank you, Jerry!
Excellent service from Billy, bought an S26U case and screen protector from him. There was a tiny scratch and bubble during the screen protector installation then he replaced it with a new one for free without hesitation to make sure he delivered a perfect service!
I've been to this shop twice now, and both times the customer service was fantastic! Different staff helped me each visit, but they were equally friendly, patient, and really knowledgeable about the cases. They took time to show me options that actually fit my phone perfectly and answered all my questions without rushing. Makes shopping for phone accessories actually enjoyable. Will definitely be back!
Went there the other day to look at earphones, Billy and Jerry were both very welcoming and helpful answering the questions I had. They also replaced my daughter's iPhone battery and did it within a reasonable time. I was very satisfied with the service I was provided. 10/10, would recommend!!
Jerry replaced my screen & battery very quickly within an hour for my OnePlus Ace Pro. There was an issue with the selfie camera being blurry, I returned it for reconnection of that camera and it's all good now. Smooth & clear communication with Jerry the technician. Would highly recommend coming back again if I need new phone repairs.
